What It Takes to Bring Physical AI to Global Markets
Calgary Herald, By Devika Desai : Calgary Economic Development encourages businesses to diversify trade in 2026
At Calgary Economic Development’s Report to the Community 2026, ZeroKey Founder and CEO Matthew Lowe joined a panel on trade uncertainty, market diversification, and what it takes for Canadian companies to grow internationally.
It’s a conversation that closely reflects our own experience.
We developed OmniVisor AI™ to help industrial customers understand what’s happening across their operations and identify errors and inefficiencies in real time. The platform is powered by the millimeter-accurate spatial data captured by our Quantum RTLS® technology.
Bringing a new physical AI technology to customers around the world requires more than building the product. It also means finding the right markets, forming trusted relationships, and creating opportunities for customers to see the technology in action.
Trade missions have been an important part of that work. Over the years, ZeroKey has participated in missions to Mobile World Congress, Hannover Messe, and VivaTech, supporting international market development and sales growth across Europe. In 2025, we won the 16th Innovation World Cup during Hannover Messe and were awarded Trade Mission Champion of the Year by Calgary Economic Development.
Today, Quantum RTLS is deployed by more than 250 customers across 41 countries, and ZeroKey’s customer base spans more than 10% of the Fortune Global 500.
At Report to the Community 2026, Matt discussed the realities of selling globally, the importance of diversifying beyond a single market, and why the right introduction or trade program can become a force multiplier for growing companies. Check it out below!
