Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as System Architect. The successful applicant will join a fun and challenging multi-disciplinary group to build incredibly innovative and amazing products. This role will focus on our Arm-based embedded platform to add new capabilities and improve system performance. Strong development and interpersonal skills are required.

General Role & Responsibilities

Participate on a cross-functional team to solve challenging development problems
Develop new software features and capabilities as required
Complete unit testing, build scripts and CI/CD scripts as required
Regularly report to management on the progress of tasks
Work with algorithms and system architecture teams to implement “black box” software components
Assume a hands-on role for testing and debugging of related systems and all interfaces between firmware and other product components

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 3 years of related industry experience
Strong background with C/C ++ and embedded systems development
Experience using RTOS development principles
Familiarity with and willingness to use agile development concepts
Intermediate-level understand of Git and related concepts
Experience with CI/CD is a benefit
Experience implementing DSP algorithms is also a bonus!
Self-motivated and driven to meet long term goals
Ability to independently manage time to meet project deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with other team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The R&D Product Manager is responsible for taking ownership of a product and driving it through development and early commercialization. This role will focus on our “Industry 4.0” product category and will take over ownership of a multi-million-dollar project starting in 2019. Knowledge of agile development concepts is a must. Strong leadership, customer management, project planning, time management and interpersonal skills are required.

General Role & Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team to build and deploy a revolutionary product
Regularly report to senior management on the progress, challenges, risks, timelines of the product as required
Coordinate resources across engineering teams and deployment teams to meet customer needs and improve product relevance in market
Play a hands-on role across all aspects of the product as needed
Engage with clients to determine friction points and work to improve

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of related industry experience
Minimum 3 years in a management role
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a bonus
Strong project management skills
Self-motivated and driven to meet long term goals

The successful applicant will join a fun and challenging multi-disciplinary group to build incredibly innovative and amazing products. This role will focus on streamlining development processes across all platforms that run ZeroKey products, including Arm-based embedded platforms and desktop-based platforms. Very strong development and interpersonal skills are required.

General Role & Responsibilities

Participate on a cross-functional team to solve challenging development problems
Strong DevOps background and professional experience applying DevOps and CI/CD concepts
Strong ability to conceptualize and implement end-to-end development pipeline
Experience leading technical teams to solve business challenges
Strong systems administration background across a variety of environments, including Linux, Windows, and embedded
Great scripting ability and experience in build, test, configuration and deployment in complex environments
Develop new software features and capabilities as required
Complete unit testing, build scripts, and CI/CD scripts as required
Regularly report to management on the progress of tasks
